If they are not worn properly, there are risks of withdrawal, and the feet will go back to their twisted form.
This is the second phase of the full process of correcting clubfeet. The current boots cause skin irritation and blisters around the heel and midfoot. There are also issues with the boots becoming misaligned over time, which reduces their effectiveness. These boots are designed for continuous wear over a period of 4 to 5 years, approximately 23.5 hours per day. They may initially be uncomfortable for the babies, but over time, the babies stop resisting them..
These are the bars the boots are attached to. The angles are adjustable to maintain the proper alignment of the feet.

Based on the physician's comments and insights from parents, we are able to identify key pressure points that cause potential injuries, irritation, and blisters. 

To prevent any injuries and misalignments of the boots, Soft padding (green markings) must be specifically placed.
The orange markings indicate the hard shell that will support the soft padding of the boots.
